1. Data Controller

Marcos Marti Barral, located at 15300 Betanzos (A Coruna), Spain, email [email protected], is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website.

2. Data We Collect

We collect browsing data through Google Analytics (anonymized IP address, pages visited, time on site, device and browser) and Meta Pixel (content interactions). We do not collect direct identification data such as name, email, or phone through this website. Purchases are made on shop.celerolab.com, a separately managed platform with its own privacy policy.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Browsing data is processed for the following purposes: (a) statistical analysis of website usage, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR); (b) improvement of content and user experience, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR); (c) measurement of marketing campaign effectiveness, based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Consent is requested through the cookie banner when accessing the site.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use first-party cookies (essential for site functionality) and third-party cookies: Google Analytics (_ga, _gid, _gat) for traffic analysis; Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc) for campaign measurement; YouTube cookies for video playback. You can accept, reject, or configure non-essential cookies through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Consent is valid for 180 days.

5. Data Recipients

Data may be shared with the following third parties: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics), with servers in the EU and US, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel), with servers in the EU and US; Cloudflare (hosting and CDN), with servers in the EU. No personal data is transferred to third countries outside adequacy mechanisms recognized by the European Commission.

6. Data Retention

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months from the last interaction. Meta Pixel data is retained according to Meta policies (up to 180 days for cookies). Cookie consent records are retained for 180 days. After these periods, data is automatically deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD), you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request deletion when data is no longer necessary; restrict processing in certain circumstances; object to processing based on legitimate interest; and request data portability. To exercise these rights, send an email to [email protected] with "Data Protection" in the subject line, along with a copy of your identification document.

8. Complaints

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR or Spanish data protection regulations, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) through its electronic headquarters: www.aepd.es.

9. Third-Party Links

This website contains links to third-party platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp, Gumroad/shop.celerolab.com, Substack, social networks). These platforms have their own privacy policies over which we have no control. We recommend that you review their policies before interacting with them.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy to adapt it to legislative changes or changes in our processing procedures. Any modifications will be published on this page with the date of last update.
